If you install the widget with <script> tag, the SDK is in window.theymes namespace, e.g. theymes.initialize.
Theymes web widget is easy to take into use, after you have installed the SDK, you need to initialize it. You can either display the widget as a floating button or imperatively open the widget when you want to show it.
After the widget script has been loaded, you can initialize the widget with the following code:
You can find the token and the domain in the game settings page in the Theymes support application.
When you want to use the SDK as a widget, you must pass options.mode = 'widget' when initializing the SDK. If you pass options.button = true to theymes.initialize(), a floating button will be automatically displayed which can be used to open the widget. Otherwise you can call theymes.openSupport() to manually open the widget without the floating button.
Please refer to the API documentation for all the details what you can configure with the options.
If you want to pass player metadata to the widget or authenticate players, you can find more information on the Using the SDK page.
Authentication is optional in our web widget. You can embed the widget in pages where the users are anonymous.
